Lakefront Views!

The condo is very nice. Exactly as it looks in the pictures. We loved that there were no docks in front of our building, just the gorgeous view of the water. It got noisy at times, however, because the boats going by are very close to the building and it’s not a no-wake zone. The building next to the one we stayed in is still under construction. The listing indicated it would be worked on in the summer of 2021, so we assumed the work was done. That wasn’t a huge problem except that the parking lot is all torn up with lots of rocks and very rusty stair rails. Luckily, as soon as you step inside the unit there is a gorgeous view. The condo is spacious and well stocked. The master bedroom has a very deep mattress. The fitted sheet on the bed when we arrived only came down about a third of the way. So of course, during the night it kept popping off. After two nights we called the property manager and they told us where to locate a replacement sheet. I can’t believe the housekeeper didn’t realize, when she made the bed, that it was the wrong sheet. The only other downside is the drive to town. Narrow winding roads and about 20-25 minutes into town. We didn’t realize it would be that far. We enjoyed our week except for the few Items mentioned. We miss the view of the lake!
