…is absolutely perfect! We’ve been to this area 3 years out of the last 4. Twice at Margaritaville, which was fully booked when we decided on our dates for this years’ trip. Went on VRBO, found this property. It’s very close to Margaritaville, which was attractive to us since we know that part of the lake and they have a great marina which we’ve rented Pontoon’s from each year of our visit. Unfortunately, it rained a lot while we were there, so we didn’t get to do any boating. BUT, part of our extreme fortune was that we found this VRBO. Great floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped and the fridge is full size. The main deck is amazing. We took down the name of the company that made the furniture! We played Dominoes 2 nights and sat around talking, visiting, surfing the internet, and watching all of the awesome turtles, ducks, and fish you can see from the deck. It’s right on the water with dock access. My son did some paddle boarding which he loved. We had 7 people for 2 days and 5 for the final night. The property handled our group without breaking a sweat. The ceiling fans take a little getting used to with their remotes, but we figured it out. Also used the grill one night, instead of going out to eat, in the rain…the grill performed great and the deck coverage made it easy to cook and not have the grill getting rained on. We’re going to stay at this location again!!
