Check out this lovely 3rd floor, walk-in 3 bedroom waterfront condominium on the Isla Del Sol! Play in the day and enjoy the screened deck in the evenings!

Located in the Neptune building, the Master Bedroom includes King bed, ceiling fan, TV with Cable and main channel view with private bathroom. Master bath includes double sinks, jetted tub and private water closet with standing shower. Bedroom 2 includes Queen bed, ceiling fan and TV with Cable. Bedroom 3 includes 2 Twin over Full bunkbeds, ceiling fan and TV with Cable. Guest bedrooms share a Guest bath in the hall way.

The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, solid countertops and many small appliances along with anything you would need to cook for your group. There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 4 more at the breakfast bar. Living Room is quite comfortable with the sectional couch, electric fireplace and flat screen TV with Cable. Enjoy wireless internet throughout the unit.

Outside you can enjoy evenings bug-free with this screened in deck, conversation seating, ceiling fan and gas grill. Take a walk to the pool that overlooks the lake.

You are just a short drive to many restaurants in the area and all there is to do in Lake of the Ozarks!

**Please be aware that this condo complex only has ONE PARKING SPACE per condo, and a parking pass is required to park on site! One additional vehicle can use a separate pass for the overflow off-site parking.**

Great Corner View of Main Channel

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The corner view of the main channel is spectacular and my kids absolutely loved the pool area. The condo unit next door was still very much under construction during our early August 2022 stay and seems like it will be for a while. That said, the construction noise was not bad and our time on the island was very relaxing. There was no TV in the kids bedroom, but everything else was as advertised. We enjoyed our stay on the island and I suspect my kids will want to come back at some point.

"Our family went to Lake Ozark for memorial day weekend. We needed a weekend of relaxation and to recharge, this condo was perfect! Step out in the balcony to the sound of the water and amazing views. Giant Master bathtub to relax in after being in the sun all day. We will definitely be booking again!

Lakefront Views!

"The condo is very nice. Exactly as it looks in the pictures. We loved that there were no docks in front of our building, just the gorgeous view of the water. It got noisy at times, however, because the boats going by are very close to the building and it’s not a no-wake zone. The building next to the one we stayed in is still under construction. The listing indicated it would be worked on in the summer of 2021, so we assumed the work was done. That wasn’t a huge problem except that the parking lot is all torn up with lots of rocks and very rusty stair rails. Luckily, as soon as you step inside the unit there is a gorgeous view. The condo is spacious and well stocked. The master bedroom has a very deep mattress. The fitted sheet on the bed when we arrived only came down about a third of the way. So of course, during the night it kept popping off. After two nights we called the property manager and they told us where to locate a replacement sheet. I can’t believe the housekeeper didn’t realize, when she made the bed, that it was the wrong sheet. The only other downside is the drive to town. Narrow winding roads and about 20-25 minutes into town. We didn’t realize it would be that far. We enjoyed our week except for the few Items mentioned. We miss the view of the lake!

"Beautiful view of the water and sunset from screened in porch. Large condo with lots of space. And the other great thing is it’s parking lot level so no stairs to negotiate up or down when unloading the car.

Cute Vacation Condo to Rent

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself was very well maintained and clean. You'll appreciate the screens on the deck at night. It was nice to have a laundry room to dry your beach towels. The beds and the couch/seating were comfortable. The master bedroom and bath were beautiful. The whole condo was decorated nicely(beach theme). Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided, and the bbq grill was clean to use too. We would definitely rent this condo again. The pool area/lounge are was nice too. The island does have construction going on but not too loud and they keep the work area clean.
